Working in a team environment with the city and county, Jerome 20/20, Inc., is involved in projects for new business in the industries of food processing, dairy-related processing, food-science R&D, manufacturing, seeds/beans/grains, agribusiness, farming, ranching, warehousing, and logistics.
JEROME BUSINESS & INDUSTRY
Milk & Cheese Processors
Jerome has four milk- and cheese-processors providing milk, cheese, and milk and cheese powders.
Dairy Producers
Jerome County is home to over 80,000 dairy cattle. The County also has over 14% of the State of Idaho’s dairy-cow population.
Agriculture
Located in the fertile Snake River Plain, the Magic Valley leads Idaho’s agribusiness in corn, alfalfa, potatoes, sugar beets, barley crops, and more.
Cattle Ranching
Jerome County is home to over 70,000 beef cattle. A few producers in the county raise large herds and utilize public land for summer and winter grazing.
Manufacturing & Food Processing
Plastics manufacturers, and others, have chosen Jerome due to the area’s affordable and plentiful land, its qualified workforce, favorable power rates, and easy access to rail lines and the West Coast.
Logistics
Jerome is home to several logistics companies that cater to the handling, warehousing, and transportation of agricultural commodities--particularly milk, corn, hay, and grains.

RECREATION
The Snake River provides many opportunities for white-water rafting--from the novice to the extreme enthusiasts. Fly fishing, hiking, horseback riding, hunting, boating and more can all be found in one of the best outdoor playgrounds in the world.
