The WOW-Jerome, Idaho warehouse, is an ASI Superior Rated food grade distribution center that began operations in 2002. The WOW-Jerome DC is a multi-temperature facility with ambient (dry) and refrigerated (cooler) warehousing storage areas, as well as a USDA approved cheese grading room. The refrigerated area is designed for variable temperatures ranging from 40 degrees to 53 degrees. The WOW Jerome warehouse will complete a 193,000 square foot expansion, which will bring the facility to over 543,000 square feet of storage space.

Dairy Farmers of America Inc. (DFA) is a national milk marketing cooperative in the United States. It is owned by and serves nearly 15,000 dairy farmer-members representing more than 9,000 dairy farms in 48 states. DFA markets members’ raw milk and sells milk and derivative products to wholesale buyers.

DFA is a dairy farming co-op that will be operating a milk hauling truck service to its members out of the stated location. They plan to operate a 12-15 semi-trucks out of this facility with the primary use as truck and trailer parking during off use time periods. There will be four management and administrative office staff providing logistical services during normal business hours.
